As Immigrant Solidarity Association, we attach importance to the legal protection and processing of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and we act with this care in all our planning and activities.
We do not only evaluate the protection and processing of Personal Data, which is the basis of privacy of private life, in order to comply with the legislation, but also put the value we attach to people at the core of our approach. With this awareness, as Immigrant Solidarity Association, we take all administrative and technical measures to protect and process Personal Data. In order to ensure compliance with the policy, studies are carried out to raise the awareness of employees, the necessary adaptation processes are carried out for new employees and the necessary arrangements are made.

What are examples of your personal data?

Full Name, Home Address, Email Address, Citizenship Number (TR ID Number), Driving License Serial Number, Identity Serial Number, Face Scanning, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, X-ray, MRI etc. records, Blood type, Telephone Number , Country, City, Post Code or District, Age, Gender, Criminal Record, Health records, Bank account number, CV, CV, Academic information, Marriage status, Information about their children, Emergency situation information, disability status, military records, etc.
What are the purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data?
Our company provides services for both job candidates and working personnel;

• Labor Law No. 4857,

• Debts Law No. 6098,
• In accordance with the Personal Data Law No. 6698 and regulations,
• In the inspections carried out by the Ministry of Labor and SSI Inspectors,

Method of collecting personal data;
Your personal data in our institution; Filling out the job application form, CVs you have shared, job applications made on our website, filling out the forms defined in our procedures by our HR unit, on-the-job documents you submitted during recruitment, forms you filled out in training, AGİ Forms, Daily PDKS records. It is collected through HR Forms received as a result of face scanning and requested information. How is personal data stored and protected?

• Your personal data will be kept confidential in the database and systems within our institution in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK; third party in any way, except for legal obligations and regulations specified in this document. It will not be shared with other people.

• Our institution is obliged to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data in the systems and databases where your personal data resides, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent access by unauthorized persons, and to take software and physical security measures such as access management. .
How long is the retention period of personal data?

• Your Personal Data will be kept by us at all times as long as you work, and for 15 years if you leave, in accordance with the periods defined in the relevant laws.

What are your rights pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK?
In accordance with KVKK, by applying to our Company, your personal data;
a) Learning whether it has been processed or not,
b) Requesting information if it has been processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) Knowing the 3 persons to whom it was transferred domestically/abroad,
d) Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly,
e) Requesting anonymization and deletion within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) above to the 3 persons to whom it has been transferred,
g) Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to you due to being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems,
g) If you suffer damage due to illegal processing, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
